So many varieries of food are available. But home made foood are good for Health. In Home food we may prepare to our like and also to our taste.Here we can utilise the maximum cereals wehich are good for health and also avoid the fat and unwanteed side dishes. My mummy ever use to give mostly boiled foods which is evergood for Health. She regularly avoid to cook oily foods , since it may create fat whch she thinks unhealthy. Therefore Home made foods that too without much oil is a wealthy food.
